If User A has 10 biscuits and User B decides to use a Woo or a Meh,
they are like daily alterations if you will.
User B decided to Woo User A, so it is seen as a
+1 biscuit enhancer.
If User B decided to Meh User A, then it is seen as a
-1 biscuit diminisher.
Seeing as you can only do one of those every 24 hours,
you could see the alterations as being logged every day, allowing you to enhance/diminish throughout the week.
The thing about the system is that you can swap your Woo for a Meh and vica versa,
and this isn't restricted from the 24 hour rule.
So when User B (Ironbat) added a -1 biscuit diminisher to User A (Cosmic)'s 4 biscuits, she had 3 left,
but he then swapped it for the +1 enhancer, which made it
4+1(=5) instead of
4-1(=3).
