Some of you may already know of this, but it's new to me (and possibly some others?).

I've been looking at the game "Age of Conan" which looks feckin awesome! I'm not sure if it will run on my laptop or not, but I think it should be good enough... hope so anyway.. I REALLY want to play it.

It's a nice idea but I'm reluctant to allow that site to install anything onto my machine.

oh yeah, i guess thats pretty bad!?

I just tried it at work.. lol. It was a java applet thing. It's probably logging all my passwords and credit card details now   Undecided

but yes.. damn.. :/

It's not that, it's just it's an unknown company peddling a product that could potentially be damaging; particularly when it's looking at all your system settings and hardware configurations. There's unlimited potential for this product to have either spyware or something more malicious hidden inside it.

Yeah I'm always dubious of such things. I only surf the Internet if I have the full protection available: firewall, IP blocker, virus checker, anti-spyware, condom.
