I bet you googled it

I googled it afterwards, I'll admit.
But I thought "good enough" and ignored the result. Had I been going off the Internet translation, I would have substituted "enjoy" for "amuse" which is what the direct translation is, (apparently).
Dutch appears to me to be halfway between English and German with some randomness thrown in for good measure. I took German at school but I wouldn't say I was anywhere near fluent and there is no way I could speak Dutch since I'm mainly going off the similarity in how words look rather than how they sound.

Some of this is easy: "hoop dat" is obviously "hope that", but "zult vermaken" isn't. It requires that I figure it out based on the rest of the sentence. In my head it reads as: "hope that you *SOMETHING* yourself here on Noddegamra". "Enjoy" fits, so that's what I went with.
I hope you enjoyed that trip into my brain.

Entirely correct even, and yes it is, but dutch is up there in the top of most difficult languages to master...
I think the Scandanavian languages, (including Icelandic), are more difficult, but otherwise Dutch is probably the hardest of the European languages.
