But I think the video was from series one of Coupling, in which case there were some good moments in it, ("Junior Patrick", "I've got too many legs", etc).

If I'm to make a guess, I imagine it's the bit where he makes a tit out of himself talking to a foreign lass and then it rewinds and shows you the same scene from her perspective.
