I don't think anyone in this thread knows what "pixellate" means...
It's a set of filter options in CS3?
It's a process of obscuring an image through homogenising the pixels that make up either the entire image or the portion you wish to obscure.
My comment, however, was directed at the fact that Nodd's pictures are not pixellated.
