Erowyne has a point though, the only thing that makes a difference is on what side the paper hangs down, against the wall or away from it.

So over or under, as I said. Over, (the right way) = away from the wall. Under, (the wrong way) = against the wall. Both are over, it's not as if you can force the paper to rise to the ceiling (well you could, but I wouldn't want to wipe with it anymore) |
